We partner with administrators, staff, and residents to improve care, strengthen skills, and create sustainable behavior support systems. We are based in Manteca, CA and primarily serve residential facilities within VMRC and CVRC catchment areas.
Practical, Efficient Behavior Consultation for Residential Facilities
Residential BCBA behavior consultation is a required service for many facilities, but it doesn’t have to be limited to paperwork or crisis response.
As Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), we provide:

Our approach is collaborative, efficient, and resident-centered, ensuring consultation hours are used meaningfully and effectively.
How Our Consultation Model Works
We generally visit the facility once a month. During this visit, we check in with the residents (if they are home), and the administrator/licensee. We are available throughout the month by phone and video calls for any new or ongoing needs. The majority of behavior consultation occurs off-site (e.g., not at the facility). We are based in Manteca, CA, and serve residential facilities primarily in VMRC’s catchment area.

Investing in a consultant who works efficiently and meets more than just basic compliance is how facilities can get the most out of the required consultation hours.
