Chelsea Silveira Burgos is the Owner of Burgos Behavior, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and a Certified Trauma Professional. She provides person centered, neurodivergent affirming ABA services grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect.

Born and raised in Manteca, California, Chelsea is deeply committed to serving her community and increasing access to meaningful, supportive behavior services. Her work centers on helping individuals and families get closer to what matters most to them. She provides parent and caregiver coaching for children, teens, and adults. Her work supports individuals in the places where challenges most often occur, including home, school, and community settings. She takes a team based approach, collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other professionals involved in a client’s care. This collaborative model helps ensure strategies are practical, realistic, and consistent.
Chelsea develops individualized behavior support plans using evidence based strategies, always with the goal of helping people thrive and build skills that support independence and well being.

Chelsea has lived and worked in Manteca her entire life. She began working with autistic children in 2011 and later spent six years working at a regional center, gaining extensive experience with service coordination and family support.

Behavior consultation for adult residential care homes (ARF Level 4i) and family home agencies (FHA homes), in alignment with Title 17 and Title 22 regulations
She is especially passionate about supporting children and teens who are not eligible for special education but still experience behavioral challenges at school.
Chelsea provides services both in person and virtually. Telehealth allows families to maintain continuity of care during illness, travel, or distance related barriers.
She uses Rethink for HIPAA compliant electronic health records and provides clients with access to a secure client portal.
