What Chelsea Does

Owner and Behavior Consultant

Born and raised in Manteca, California, Chelsea is deeply committed to serving her community and increasing access to meaningful, supportive behavior services. Her work centers on helping individuals and families get closer to what matters most to them. She provides parent and caregiver coaching for children, teens, and adults. Her work supports individuals in the places where challenges most often occur, including home, school, and community settings. She takes a team based approach, collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other professionals involved in a client’s care. This collaborative model helps ensure strategies are practical, realistic, and consistent.

Chelsea develops individualized behavior support plans using evidence based strategies, always with the goal of helping people thrive and build skills that support independence and well being.
